I continue to sit and meditate, gently watching my thoughts and feelings, beginning to feel a sense of non-clinging to them...coming down, grounding so to speak. Slowly, my body is releasing the tension built up, not inviting the memory of the feelings to linger. Sitting, quietly, I feel the shifting occuring. I guess sometimes what I need is patience, knowing the turbulent chaotic min-moments will pass, if I allow them to just be.
